Finding an office should be simple, but most businesses meet the same problems. Listings show headline prices that leave out meeting rooms, parking and other extras. Photos make every building look the same. And many search sites only show the operators who pay them most.
We set up OfficePick to do it differently. We visit the buildings ourselves, write down what they're really like, and include every suitable option in your shortlist, whether or not it works with brokers.

Our service is free for businesses looking for space. When you sign for an office we introduced, the operator pays us a fee, usually [X]% of the first year's licence fee. That fee comes out of the operator's marketing budget, not your rent: you pay the operator's standard price, and we often negotiate it down.
Some buildings don't pay brokers. If one of them suits you better, we'll still tell you about it. We'd rather you found the right office and recommended us than took a worse one so we get paid.
Our guides and location pages are written by people who visit buildings. We choose the offices we feature on our own judgement, and operators cannot pay to be included or to change what we write.
Every price we publish shows its source and date. Location pages show when their prices were last updated, and we review our price guide every quarter. If you spot something out of date or wrong, email [corrections@officepick.com] and we'll fix it.
We work with serviced office, coworking and managed office operators across the UK. Listing is free, and you only pay when a client we introduce signs.
